The Iceman Chills In New Trailer

The Iceman, him taking the role of Richard Kuklinski, loving family man and contract killer fits him like a cold, bloodied glove. Inspired by real events, The Iceman sees Shannon step into the shoes of a man who after eventually being caught was responsible for the deaths of 100 men – and no one in his family knew about it. Forced into the business of body disposal, Richard Kuklinski slowly begins to embrace his new job and becomes a respected enforcer for Roy Demeo (Ray Liotta) because of it. [youtube] It’ll be interesting to see how much of Kuklinski actually ends up on screen as the one being displayed so far doesn’t quite match man behind the name. Taking his first victim when he was just 13, the now deceased Kuklinski was a man who enjoyed taking life and the various ways he could do it. Put by a charming submission on wikipedia…

According to Kuklinski, he killed numerous people over the next 30 years. Lack of attention from law enforcement was partly due to Kuklinski’s ever-changing methods; he used guns, knives, explosives, tire irons, fire, poison, asphyxiation, and even bare handed beatings, “just for the exercise.”
Charming. Set for release June 13, The Iceman is directed by Ariel Vromen and stars Michael Shannon, Winona Ryder, Chris Evans, Ray Liotta, David Schwimmer, Robert Davi, Danny Abeckaser, Stephen Dorff and James Franco.]]>
